Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued if notice of cancellation is received on or before November 01, 2010. A progressing fee of CHF 100.- will be retained on all cancellations. After this date, no refunds will be given. Registrations are not transferable.
Lunch
Friday: in the restaurant of the ZLF, only with preregistration: 27.- CHF / 18.- €
Saturday: a light meal is included (in the exhibition-area)
